Transparent Terms for Every Return

Retail jewelry and loose pearls are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt to confirm eligibility.

For wholesale orders, specific terms apply; please consult your trade account agreement. Refunds are processed in USD to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after successful inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
